How can we help you?

Returns are free for orders shipped within the U.S. We include a UPS return label in every package which is at no cost to use.

Follow the steps below for a seamless returns process:

  • - Please indicate a reason for return using one of the Return Codes listed on the order form included in your package.
  • - Attach your UPS return label to the outside of the package. There is no cost to use this label.
  • - Please make note of your tracking number so that you are able to track it on its way back to us.

You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 06 - 12 business days from the time your package arrives back to us for a refund to be issued.

Shipping Information

Shipments are generally shipped out within 1-3 business days after payment has been processed. Our fulfilment times vary due to several factors, but generally are sent out before the 3 business day cut off time. All of our items are sent with complementary expedited shipping. Alternative shipping solutions may be used depending on global factors. For LTL and FTL orders, freight will generally arrive within 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Overseas orders are sent via Ocean Freight and the delivery time can vary substantially. Please contact us for more information surrounding global delivery options and shipping estimates. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We generally use UPS for all our shipments. However, we also may use: - FedEx - USPS

International orders will be subject to additional fees and duties which are calculated at the border. We do whatever possible to provide a seamless customs clearance, however, generally if orders are over $100.00 they will experience duties/additional charges.

Registeration & Payments

We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard & AMEX. ACH Payments are accepted for volume orders. Wire-transfers are available as well, but must be discussed prior to placing an order.

You can place an order by registering in our portal. You will need to provide all relevant business information to be successfully onboarded onto our platform.

Generally speaking, for most businesses we require the following documentation: - Articles of incorporation - TAX/EIN Number - Business Number - Business Address - Country of Business

Applications are generally processed within 1-3 business days. To speed up the process, please ensure you provide all necessary documentation. Our onboarding team will contact you if any additional requirements are needed.

Order & Returns

Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. If an order has been processed and shipped out, we are unable to cancel this order. However, you can return the items immediately after receiving them for a full refund.

For returns and refunds, please contact help@carsonswholesale.com. Our support staff will provide you with return postage for your order. For LTL/FTL orders, return shipping is not covered by Carsons Wholesale and discretion should be used prior to placing these shipments.

Returns/refunds are generally processed on the method of payment within 3-5 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. If for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation email immediately, please contact support at help@carsonswholesale.com

Generally returns are accepted if placed within 14 days of delivery (after you receive the items). This allows for sufficient time to investigate the shipment and ensure your contents are in order. Please contact support at help@carsonswholesale.com for more information.
